RSVP & Roster Verification - Mandatory
Must be completed within 72 hours of invitation 'Sent' date 

If the team is no longer able to participate in the tournament, you must notify us within 72 hours of the Official Tournament Invitation ‘Sent’ date. Go to RSVP below to decline. If your team would like to participate, please complete the following steps: Note that once your team has accepted the invitation; entry fees cannot be refunded after that point. 

Roster Verification:

• Log in to TeamSnap
• Click on Roster under the team name in the Upcoming Events section for the 2023 Hollywood Dodgers Las Vegas Invitational
• Review the information to make sure it is accurate The roster is locked so you will not be able to make any changes yourself. You can request staff changes when you RSVP through the form below. Player changes should be requested through the HDLVI Change Request form.

• Complete the RSVP form to accept or decline the invitation - MANDATORY

NOTE: Divisions are tentative and may change once the seeding survey is completed. Also, it is not necessary to print and submit the roster to us since we already have the information.

T-Shirt Orders - Deadline for Orders is June 6/30/2023

T-shirts must be pre-ordered and will be distributed when the team checks in for the first game. Please go to the HD Store .for details. We would appreciate it if you would submit a single order and payment per team for all players, coaches, family members, and friends who are interested in purchasing a T-shirt, if possible. Please remember to do so prior to the June 30th deadline!

Sponsorships - Deadline for banner recognition is 7/1/2023

 Rules and Tie Breakers - Deadline is 8/1/2023

Coaches must review the tournament rules and tie breaker documents prior to the tournament. Click on the links provided to access the documents.

 Roster Changes

Complete the HDLVI Change Request form if you need to add or remove players from your roster. The fee schedule below only applies to player additions; there is no charge for any player removals.

• $25 through June 15
• $50 from June 16 - July 15
• $75 from July 16 - August 1
• No changes will be allowed after August 1

Please note that once the divisions are set, player additions will only be considered when warranted by medical conditions.

The Tournament Seeding Survey will take place after all of the available positions are filled.

Remember to include the Team Tracking # provided above on all future correspondence with us to avoid confusion with any other team. That number will take the place of the last 4 digits of the TeamSnap Order # as the team identifier moving forward. Also, it is imperative that you notify us should your contact info change in the future, so we can continue to communicate with you as schedules, maps, and other important information becomes available.
