RSVP & Roster Verification - Mandatory
Must be completed within 5 days of invitation 'Sent' date 

If the team is no longer able to participate in the tournament, you must notify us within 5 days of the Invitation ‘Sent’ date. Go to RSVP below to decline. If your team would like to participate, please complete the following steps: Note that once your team has accepted our invitation; entry fees cannot be refunded after that point

Roster Verification:

  • Log in to TeamSnap
  • Click on Roster under the team name in the Upcoming Events section for the 20th Annual Hollywood Dodgers Las Vegas Invitational
  • Review the information to make sure it is accurate (the roster is locked so you will not be able to make any changes yourself)
  • Complete the RSVP form to accept or decline the invitation - MANDATORY

NOTE: Divisions are tentative and may change once the seeding survey is completed. Also, it is not necessary to print and submit the roster to us since we already have the information.

T-Shirt Orders - Deadline for Orders is June 6/30/19

Tournament T-shirt must be pre-ordered by June 30th. Please try to place one order for all players, coaches, family members, and friends of your team who would like to purchase a T-shirt. Orders will be distributed at the various gyms in Las Vegas. Click here for the T-shirt order form.

Slot Tournament - Info and Sign-Up

Rules and Tie Breakers - Deadline is 8/2/19

Coaches must review the tournament rules and tie breaker documents prior to the tournament. Click on the links provided to access the documents.

Roster Changes

Complete the Roster Change Request form if you need to add or remove players from your roster. The fee schedule below only applies to player additions; there is no charge for any player removals.

  • $25 during May (after acceptance )
  • $50 during June
  • $75 during July
  • No changes will be allowed in August

Please note that once the divisions are set, player additions will only be considered when warranted by medical conditions.
